By accessing the Site, submitting information through our forms, booking a consultation, or opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Real Time Results LLC is a Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) studio owned and operated by Victoriano Villarreal, located in Boise, Idaho.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site, submit information through our forms, or receive communications from us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Services
Real Time Results LLC provides Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) services, consultations, educational content, and related products. Information provided on the Site, in our guides, and through consultations is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. SMP is a cosmetic procedure, and individual results may vary based on skin type, hair loss stage, healing response, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Any before-and-after photos, client stories, or testimonials shown on our Site or materials represent individual client experiences and are not a promise of identical results.
4. Consultations and Bookings
Free consultations and personalized SMP plans are offered as a non-binding conversation to help you decide whether our services are right for you. Submitting an intake form, quiz, or booking request does not guarantee acceptance as a client. We reserve the right to decline service for any lawful reason, including if we determine SMP is not a suitable fit for your situation.
Deposits, pricing, scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for booked procedures are provided separately at the time of booking and form part of our client service agreement.
5. SMS Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable consent box (where provided), you agree to receive text messages from Real Time Results LLC related to your inquiry, consultation, appointments, and, where you have consented, promotional messages. These SMS terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Use.
Program Description
Real Time Results LLC operates an SMS program that sends transactional and promotional messages, including appointment confirmations and reminders, consultation follow-ups, personalized SMP plan and quote notifications, responses to your inquiries, and promotional offers and educational content related to our SMP services.
Consent
Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Real Time Results LLC.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Real Time Results LLC is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Opt Out (STOP)
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt back in.

When you submit photos, responses, testimonials, reviews, or other content to us ("User Submissions"), you grant Real Time Results LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the User Submissions for purposes of servicing your inquiry, operating our business, and, where you provide separate consent, for marketing and promotional purposes (such as before-and-after photos). You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit.
We will not publicly publish identifiable photos of you for marketing purposes without your permission.
